With a view of the mountain, the 530 m² "Villa Turrion" in Spain's Marbella on the Costa del Sol is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The 2-storey villa consists of a living room, a very well-equipped exterior kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 14 people. The villa also features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a fan, satellite television, a DVD player, a washing machine, a dryer, and a game console. Children are allowed and a first baby bed and a highchair are available upon request for free then with charge. Children's books and toys as well as childcare are available. A table tennis table and a pool table are also available for your use. Guests can enjoy the spectacular mountain view from their balcony and relax outdoors in the furnished garden or sun on the open and covered terraces, both for private use. The outdoor area also features a heated pool open year-round, showers, a grill and a lounge area with sofas, and a playground, all for private use. The villa is a 3 to 5 minute (160 to 735 m) stroll from a restaurant, a cafe, a bar, and a supermarket. Scenic Playa de San Pedro de Alcántara beach is a 3 minute walk from the villa and there is also a beautiful 17 km sea promenade with palm trees and a water fountain. Gibralter Airport is a 56 minute (64 km) drive from the villa. Free parking is always available at the door on the street. Pets are allowed upon request. The property has step-free access and a step-free interior. The outdoor area also has an alarm system with video cameras. Good brands of towels (Louis Vuitton, Versace) and bedlinen are included in the price.
